Motivated

I’m doing well…had a great workout yesterday and today. I seem to have my motivation back. I’ve been reading a lot of health magazines and reading how to do all the exerices. I am gaining more confidence while I workout with my trainer too. My lunges and squats are lower and my form is sooooo much better then when I started. My trainer was even impressed with me yesterday…that made me happy.

I bought Tosca Reno’s book The Eat-Clean Diet-Fast Fat Loss that lasts forever the other day. Wondering if anyone else out there is eating clean and how it’s working for them? I think I’m going to give it a try. I’m basically eating what she recommends however I’m not eating as often as she recommends. I need to start preparing my food ahead of time for the week…I do not do that at all. I wake up and forage for food…whatever is in the house. I need to be a better planner. That is my goal for the weekend to go shopping and preparing for next week.
